External roles: the director of the Eastern Europe Branch of the World Socialist Research Institute of the Central Compilation Bureau, and the executive vice-director of the Russian Research Center of the Central Compilation Bureau of the Communist Party of China, a researcher of Eurasian Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council and Secretary-General of the East European History Research Association of the Soviet Union of China;
